Refund Policy

Effective 28 September 2026 · Applies to all paid Pocket plans
Plain-English summary: every paid Pocket charge — monthly, yearly or lifetime — carries a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of the charge and it goes back to your original payment method. Your data never leaves your device, so a refund costs you nothing but the premium features.

1. The guarantee

Any payment you make for a Pocket plan is refundable in full for 30 days from the date of that charge, without needing a reason. This covers first purchases, renewal charges, and the lifetime plan alike.

2. How to request a refund

  • Email us at the address on our Contact page from your purchase email, or include your order ID from the receipt.
  • No justification is required. If something didn't work, telling us helps us fix it — but it is entirely optional.
  • We confirm the refund by email, normally within 2 business days.

3. How and when you get the money

Refunds are issued through the payment processor that handled your purchase, back to the original payment method (card, UPI or wallet). Processors typically settle refunds within 5–10 business days; timing beyond our confirmation is controlled by the processor and your bank. Refunds are issued in the currency and amount of the original charge; we do not deduct fees.

4. What happens after a refund

  • Your license key for the refunded purchase is deactivated.
  • The app returns to the Free plan — it keeps working, and all of your data remains on your device, readable, editable and exportable. Nothing is deleted by a refund.
  • You are welcome to purchase again later; a past refund never blocks a future purchase.

5. Renewals you meant to cancel

Forgot to cancel before a renewal? The 30-day guarantee applies to renewal charges too — email us and we will refund the renewal and cancel the subscription.

6. Fair use of the guarantee

The guarantee exists so trying Pocket is risk-free, and we honour it without argument. We only reserve the right to decline obviously abusive patterns — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same plan to avoid ever paying. This has no effect on ordinary customers.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
